- Orders & Payment
- · Prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable.
- · Subscription fees are billed in advance.
- · One-off services are payable at booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Subscription Services
- · Subscriptions continue until cancelled.
- · Cancelling ends future billing but does not refund previous charges unless covered by our Money Back Guarantee.
- · We may suspend services for overdue accounts after reasonable notice.
- Protection Plans
- · Essential Protection includes managed antivirus, monitoring and access to professional remote support.
- · Protection Plus includes Essential Protection plus managed Windows and supported third-party software updates and discounted remote support rates.
- Complete Backup
- · Backup capacity is limited to the subscribed allocation.
- · Backups are versioned for up to 30 days.
- · Customers remain responsible for verifying that critical data is successfully backed up.
- · Recovery times vary depending on internet connectivity and data size.
- Premium Support
- · Premium Support provides unlimited remote support for covered devices subject to the Fair Use Policy.
- · It covers the first 30 minutes of each reasonable support issue.
- · It is not intended for training, project work, repeated non-technical assistance or excessive daily requests.
- · We reserve the right to recommend an alternative support arrangement where usage substantially exceeds normal household requirements.
- Remote Support
- · Remote support is delivered only with your permission using secure remote access software.
- · You may terminate a remote session at any time.
- · Some issues may require onsite attendance or replacement hardware.
- Monitoring & Automatic Updates
- · Monitoring helps identify potential issues but does not guarantee prevention of all failures.
- · Automatic updates depend on device compatibility, internet connectivity, manufacturer support and software availability.
- · Devices may require restarts for updates to take effect.
- Cyber Security
- · No cyber security solution can guarantee complete protection against malware, ransomware, phishing, scams, unauthorised access or data loss.
- · Our services reduce risk using industry best practices but cannot eliminate every threat.
- Customer Responsibilities
- · Maintain a reliable internet connection for remote services.
- · Provide accurate information and cooperate during support sessions.
- · Maintain lawful software licences.
- · Maintain independent backups of critical business or personal data.
- Third-Party Services
- · Some services rely on Microsoft, internet providers, payment gateways, cloud providers and other third parties.
- · We are not responsible for outages, delays or failures outside our reasonable control.
- 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
- · If you are not satisfied with a new subscription, contact us within 30 days for a refund of your first subscription payment.
- · This guarantee excludes fraud, abuse, chargebacks, third-party licence costs and significant consumption of Premium Support services.
- Bookings & Cancellations
- · Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
