Complete Backup provides secure offsite backup storage for up to 50GB of important files and data, or part thereof. Additional backup storage is available in 50GB increments as required. This service is designed to be added to an existing Onsite Tech protection plan, providing an additional layer of protection against data loss caused by hardware failure, accidental deletion, theft, ransomware, fire, flood, or other unexpected events.

Your backed up data is securely stored within Onsite Tech's private backup infrastructure, hosted at our Queensland-based data centre, providing reliable local storage, versioned backups, and professional management for added peace of mind.

Premium Support is an optional add on designed for customers who want the convenience of ongoing technical assistance without worrying about individual support charges.
